Product Description

The Address given at the Jubilee of Queen Victoria at South African College, which is now the University of Cape Town. The speaker seems to be particularly concerned with the changes in our views of social relations, particularly the rights of the subject, and the emancipation of women. He refers to John Stuart Mill and quotes from Tennyson’s poem “The Princess”.
