An account of the very large meeting held at Bristol on the 10th November 1845 for the purpose of receiving a deputation from the British and Foreign Anti-Slavery Society. Following an account of the meeting and an address by John Scobell, Secretary to the British and AForeign Anti-Slavery Society the majority of the text is taken up by a long address by the Rev. George Armstrong, Unitarian Minister at Lewins Mead Chapel. Inscribed For Thomas Clarkson Esq. with the affectionate respect of the Revd. Geo. Armstrong, Clifton. Decr. 45 and with a couple of annotations and a number of passages marked in ink to draw Clarksons attention.
