Product Description

A Satire on Napoleon’s continuing habit of making new Kings. On the left Talleyrand, with his club foot shoe on the wrong foot, is making the dough. Napoleon is shown drawing out from the oven a newly baked batch of ginger-bread kings. On the chest of drawers are the moulds of a new batch ready for baking. This of course is on the making of Kings for members of his family in Europe. BM. No. 10518
